This is a recurring seasonal membership. Your membership renews automatically at the beginning of each new cleaning season unless you cancel before renewal. We will email you before the next season begins with renewal details and cancellation instructions.
Your membership includes one bin cleaning per month from May through October for up to 3 bins at one household. Most customers use this for one garbage bin, one recycling bin, and one yard waste bin.
After you order, tell us your trash pickup day and estimated pickup time. Leave your empty bins outside after pickup. We clean the evening of pickup day or the next morning.
Our goal is to clean within 24 hours after pickup, as long as bins are empty, accessible, and weather allows.
