Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, weather delays, and what happens if bins are not ready for cleaning.

Overview
Outdoor Service Pros provides residential garbage, recycling, and yard waste bin cleaning in Otsego and Rogers, MN.
Because this is an outdoor, route-based service, timing can be affected by trash pickup schedules, weather, water access, and whether bins are empty and accessible.
Our goal is to clean your bins the evening of pickup day or the next morning, within 24 hours after pickup whenever possible, as long as bins are empty, accessible, and weather allows.

Cancellations
Cancel before service begins
You may cancel your order before we begin the cleaning service. If you cancel before we arrive or begin work, we will issue a refund for the service amount paid, minus any non-refundable payment processing fees if they apply.
Cancel after we have started
Once we have arrived and started the service, the order is no longer eligible for a full cancellation refund.
How to cancel
To cancel, text us as soon as possible at 612-432-8322. Please include your name, service address, and order details.
Rescheduling
We understand that trash pickup times can change. If your trash truck is late, your bins are not empty yet, or something unexpected happens, text us as soon as possible.
We may reschedule your cleaning when reasonable, based on route availability, weather, and neighborhood timing.
If we need to reschedule because of weather, safety, equipment issues, or other service conditions, we will work to complete the cleaning as soon as reasonably possible.
Refunds
If we cannot perform the service
If Outdoor Service Pros cannot perform the service and we are unable to reschedule, we will issue a refund for the service amount paid.
If you are not satisfied
If you are unhappy with the cleaning, please text us within 24 hours after service. We may offer to re-clean the bin, provide a partial refund, or provide another reasonable solution depending on the situation.
Refund method
Refunds are usually issued back to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or bank.
When Refunds May Not Be Available
Refunds may not be available, or may be limited, if service cannot be completed because:
- The bins were not empty after pickup.
- The bins were not accessible.
- The customer did not provide accurate service information.
- An outdoor water spigot was not available when required.
- Gates were locked, pets prevented access, or other access issues prevented service.
- The customer cancelled after service had already started.
We will try to be reasonable and work with customers in good faith, especially for first-time situations.
Summer Fresh Pass Policy
The Summer Fresh Pass includes 4 cleanings for up to 2 bins per visit during the summer season.
If you purchase a Summer Fresh Pass and need to reschedule one of your cleanings, please text us as soon as possible. We will work to complete the remaining cleanings based on route availability, pickup timing, and weather.
If you cancel the Summer Fresh Pass before any cleaning has been completed, you may request a refund. If one or more cleanings have already been completed, any refund will be reviewed based on the number of cleanings already performed and the circumstances of the cancellation.
Additional bins for the Summer Fresh Pass are charged at $10 per extra bin per cleaning.
Cleaning Results
Our goal is to make bins cleaner, fresher-smelling, and less gross to handle. Some stains, old residue, paint, tar, or deeply stuck-on material may not come out completely.
Outdoor Service Pros does not guarantee that every stain, mark, or odor will be fully removed. We also do not currently claim commercial hot-water sanitizing or disinfecting.
